Generally, mothers get pregnant breast movements or movements within 18 to 24 weeks of pregnancy. For those who have been pregnant for the first time, it takes a little longer to understand movement. Then mothers looked after the matter seriously and anxiety became depressed when the movement decreased. Now the question is, the movement will remain the same throughout the day? Children do not move during sleep. This sleeping phase can last for up to 90 minutes.

Other common reasons for which the mothers can get less than normal child movement are:

Placenta or front of the neck.
Movement may be reduced due to certain medicines of the mother, such as tiredness or sleeping medicines.
For some reason the movement decreases before the child breathes or before the fatal death.
Amniotic fluid decreases.
If the mothers are accustomed to Alcohol or Smoke.
If there is any change in the mental or physical condition of the mother.
If the child has neuromascular disease.

However monitoring of movement for all mothers is not necessary. If a mother has any kind of physical problem that can harm the child, she must be aware of this. Also, if the post dated pregnancy is waiting for normal delivery at the end of pregnancy and the delivery time, then they are asked to monitor movement. Normally the baby in the mornings will move at least 10 to 12 times a day. If you think less than that, the mother will need to count the next 2-hour movement and if she is less than 10 then she will go to the doctor (according to RCOG Green top guidelines). Then, according to the need to see the health of the child, the USG, CTG or biophysical profile will take the next step.
