Knead a soft dough by using water.Shallow fry parathas on a hot griddle with hot clarified butter. Must try this Punjabi Paratha recipe!
Flour ½ kg
Yeast 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Clarified Butter as required
Cream 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Water as required
In a bowl take ½ kg flour, 1 tsp yeast, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup cream and 2 tbsp sugar with water as per requirement, kneed it and keep it for half an hour.
Now roll a roti of this dough pour ½ cup clarified butter on it and sprinkle little bit of flour and make a roll.
Now cut the ball with the help of knife and refrigerate for half an hour.
Now roll it like a roti and fry it on griddle with hot clarified butter.
Delicious reshmi parathay are ready to serve.
